They come to us because, while talented, their current team lacks something—things like big-picture vision, a unified sense of direction or the skills to effectively compile analytics reports. In these cases, we can step into a central command role, similar to a marketing manager or CMO, and take charge of the big picture.     Most of the time, we include consulting services into contracts with management or oversight services. Sometimes, though, a client just wants to chat through ideas.
